- In a heavy large pot heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrot and green pepper. Saute veggies in the oil until they become tender. Do not burn onion.
- Add the chicken broth & fish to the pot. Bring to boil at which time add the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 20 minutes until potatoes are cooked through.
- Mix in sour cream into broth. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Add dill and lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper as needed.
