  2. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl. Add milk, then mix well.
  3. Add butter on a separate pan. When butter is melt, add eggs and evenly spread out through the pan. When the edges start to solidify, use chopsticks to pull the top and bottom towards the center. Slowly swirl the pan to let the rest of liquid eggs flow to the empty spots. Remove the pan off heat when the bottom is cooked, but the top is still a little runny.
  4. Add rice to a plate with a spoon. Press it together to a firm rice ball.
