  5. Bring broth to rolling boil. Drop dumplings one at a time into broth, stir gently, until all dumplings are in pot. May need to add more water or canned broth. Don’t want the dumplings to just sit and cook, they need some room.
  6. When dumplings look limp and a little translucent, taste for doneness. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Pull meat from bones, it should be cool enough to touch at this point. Discard fat/skin/bones. Add chicken to dumplings. Stir gently to mix the chicken into the dumplings.
  8. Serve with cornbread. Enjoy!
